About a week ago, I pulled a couple of carrots out of the garden just to see how big they are getting...Not bad for how hard our ground is!
Aaron got a kick out of it and couldn't wait to eat them!!
He didn't care too much for the long, skinny root off the bottom. But once we cut that off he kept asking for more until they were all gone!!

That's fun! I don't think our carrots did much this year. I may be surprised when we pull them up though...you never know.
